Follow these three simple steps to book your trip:

Get the details. Ask us a lot of questions. Make sure this is the right trip for you and your family or friends. Verify that there are places available on the tour that you are interested in (or work out the details of a custom tour). Ensure that airline seating is still available (we can help with airlines), and if you are going to Halong Bay, that a boat is open for your dates. If you need help with any other arrangements — such as hotel bookings and other flights not inclusive of your tour — this is a good a time to let us know as well (there is typically no charge for this additional service).

Carefully review our Terms and Conditions.Your tour deposit and fees cover expenses well in advance of departure and may be only partially or non-refundable. Trip cancellation insurance is required which will cover you for for most expenses if you need to cancel your trip.

That's it! We will confirm your reservation and mail out your pre-tour materials with visa, health, tour and other information on your trip about three months before your departure.
